that is really weird because the drugs would make him die sooner, and man did he do some drugs, but how possible is it that he would live a day over 60 at the most!

It is really surprising that he's still alive. It's also really hard to decide how you feel about him. In that final bust, all he wanted to do was start a life with his daughter. On the other hand, he was most likely the cause of so many deaths. In any case, I think his daughter should visit him, so they both have closure. So, I came across a picture of Johnny Depp with the real George Jung, here it is: Ciao!

I saw the interview thing about the movie on the DVD and he doesn't seem that bad, err well besides the drugs....I feel bad that his daughter still hasn't visited him....couldn't he send a letter to her or call her or something??

i know! yea i really wish she would just visit him...and as for my opinion on if he should be in jail. yes, i do think he should because he did probably caue a lot of deaths but to make him die in prison.. i dont know about that. and in the last bust it makes me cry everytime i see it , he just wants his daughter to love him and for him to be able to be with her...and it just doesnt turn out like he wants it. <<this is for George

i fully agree. i know that he brought an illegal substance into the country but i dont think he should have to die die in prison. i think he should of had lik20 years and then be on max paroll.

Exactly my thoughts Or like 24 hour surveilance for a couple of years and such, I'm just hoping his daughter comes to see him, it'd be so sad if she doesn't

i think he should be fitted with a permanant ankel bracelet and then be given hours of the day that he can go out and do the things he needs to and if hes not back by that time then he should have a police escourt back to his house and a manditory drug test! i think that it is cruel and unusual punishment because he already brought it accross the border and ppl are still using it so why does he still have to be in prision.

Well that would be your choice if you feel sorry for the Boston George or not. Others say we feel sorry for him because he was sentenced to 60 years in jail with the grief of knowing that his daughter probably hates him, but he continues to hope she come see him one day. He's a man who made a mistake, a big one in this case, and is being punished for an awfully long time, both court wise [60 years in Jail] and emotionally personal wise [His daughter not trusting him anymore/hating him].
