I had no clue that Shooter was a figment of Mort's sick yet sexy imagination. Wow, it's kinda crazy if you think about it, he killed four people, plus his doggie...sniffle...but I still love him. I did like his braces at the end, but I don't think those glasses did him justice...too Ninth Gate for me...even thought I do like Dean Corso...blah blah...oh ya, Mort is so squemish! I wouldn't have even fainted if I saw those dead bodies...I would've screamed at the top of my lungs and ran for the hills, but I wouldn't have fainted.

I think the ending was great, good amount of suspense, and YOU GET TO SEE HIS TEETH BITE INTO THAT SCRUMPOUS LOOKING CORN exactly at the end ;D And I absolutley adored him with the braces and glasses, he pulled it off great

The ending was perfect!! Omg, when he pushed back the door and was standing there with the hat on and all you could see were the whites of his eyes with SHOOT HER around him. Wow, was that cool or what? ;D I loved the braces...the glasses, no. I liked the other glasses he wore throughout the movie. But no complaints on anything with this movie. The last shot with the corn...wonderful.

LOVED the ending. So much better than the book. Although I didn't like the braces. And it's nearly impossible to eat corn on the cob with braces!

NO!!! Heretics all of you!!! I ADORED the ending in the book! That's one of the reasons I went to see the movie - Mort was supposed to DIE!!!! Everything was great up until the point where he killed Ted and Amy though. I LOVED the part where Amy is looking for him, and the door swings open, and there he is . . . so creepy. And after that was good too. But I really wanted to see him die. And I thought he looked like a nerd with the braces and those glasses (I know, horrible me), but I swear, all he was missing was the pocket protector, and he could have been the classic, stereotypical, nerd. But I must admit, there could have been worse endings. The producers must have simply decided that he was too sexy to die.

I have to say, loved this movie. I thought the ending was really good. The part with the sheriff and all. And he has the corn all over his house and it ends with showing the garden full of growing corn. Awesome. And he is by far the sexiest screw-driver weilding schizophrenic pshycopathic murderer ever. Even with the bedhead. As my mom put it, there is nothing you can do to that man to make him look bad. -Ciao!

NO!!! Heretics all of you!!! I ADORED the ending in the book! That's one of the reasons I went to see the movie - Mort was supposed to DIE!!!! I agree with you on that one there, pilgrim, I mean, Psnoo..... Although the ending was very Stephen King-esque, which is ironic because it wasn't his ending, I think I liked the book ending better. I did like the movie ending...but I still would have preferred the book ending. Does that make me a bad johnny fan?? Cause, yeah, that means he woulda died at the end...Oh well. -The Fiend

Crap! Mort was supposed to have died? When the movie was coming to an end, I thought he was going to die...(I haven't read the book, I'm so evil...)...but instead he turned out to be a psychopathic-writers blockee-screw driving-ax chopping-shovel smashing-maniac...(phew, outa breath here!). Well, if he had died in the movie, I would've hated it a little, but since it does have freakin Johnny, I couldn't hate it anymore than a little!

Well, Mrs Sparrow told me how the book ended, so I'm glad the movie was different.. It would have been cool however. I accually thought he was gonna stab someone with those corn stabbers at the end. heehee.

LMJDLAO! Me too! I thought he was gonna stab the sheriff with the corn thingys...I didn't want to eat anything at that point cuz I didn't know what to expect! True...very true...can never predict what a writer's blocked-author-of-a-murderer is going to do next!
