CQ and Willy come in dragging Edward (the one with the scissors, ) behind them.
"Don't worry everyone, we're just borrowing him... and LM&M is never here anyway! We'll return him after he parties, promise!"
CQ imagined a few large bushes to the party area.
Edward cut out paper heart chains first then Willy hung them everywhere.
Then Edward set to work on the bushes. He cut out one as a heart, one as Johnny with an angel, one with two swans whose necks were in the shape of a heart, and much more.
Willy brought in some heart shape boxes of chocolates each had a kick, angel, newbie, or Johnny's name on them. He put them in a box that said "Do not open until February 14. If opened before then there will be great consequences!"
CQ lugged in a heart shaped chocolate fountain with the help of some oompa loompas. It had a timer so it wouldn't turn on until it was Valentine's day.
Edward disappeared and from wherever he was you heard snipping. He returned holding a paper chain that alternated between paper angels and men. He hung it over the door way and smiled his shy smile.
"Thank you so much Edward." CQ said giving him a quick hug. "Would you like some lemo-- err... nevermind... Is there anything you'd like?"
"No thank you, I'd actually like to return back to the castle where LM&M is...." He replied quietly
"Are you sure, we'd love to have you.... Both of you...' CQ said.
"I'm sure... Maybe we'll come to the party..." And with that Edward left.
"How nice of him to help set up for the party!" Willy says while setting out heart shaped chocolates.
"Are you being sincere?" CQ asks him suspiciously.
"I am!" He looked offended.
CQ hugged him in hopes that it would make everything alright... it did of course.

Gilbert drags DeeDee into the party room by the arm.
"Now, promise Jay you'll come to the party,". He lets go of her arm.
DeeDee pouts and mumbles she'll come.
"We'll spread the word about the party Jay,". Gilbert winks then frowns at DeeDee "Won't we DeeDee?"
DeeDee nods reluctantly.

Jay stands back and admires the decorations one last time before she slips out of the room and shuts the door. Carefully she attaches a note to the handle.

[The Poetic Protégée]

The doors swing open of their own accord. The air is filled with the sweet, soft sound of a trio of violins. The violinists are standing in the corner, their faces creased with concentration even though no one is yet able to hear them playing. Glitter, pink and silver, falls slowly and steadily from the ceiling like shining snow onto the dancefloor which is empty, for now. Giant, cut-glass hearts are suspended from wires so thin that they seem to be floating in mid-air, their polished surfaces reflecting the light so that it bounces around the room as they spin.

Around the dance floor are numerous tables, all spread with pink tableclothes, their centre adorned with a thin vase displaying a single blood red rose. A menu sits on each table too, there are but a few words: Whatever your heart desires.

Jay enters the room wearing a long, dusky pink dress. John stays by the door, his behaviour, for once, impecable as he stands to greet his guests. Jay stands in the middle of the dancefloor, beaming from ear to ear.

"Valentine's Day has begun!"

DeeDee and Gilbert make their way to the party room hand in hand.
"This is exciting!" DeeDee beams, smoothing down her emerald party dress.
Gilbert raises an eyebrow then laughs. "You are a strange little Angel,".

They are greeted by John at the door; then enter the part room.

TM and Gene enter the party room hand in hand.
''Wow! this looks amazing doesn't it Gene?'' TM said
''Yes, you know this is really our first valentines day together I love you darling.'' Gene said smiling.
''I love you too baby.'' as Jay is waiting in front of the door TM and Gene give each other a kiss.

As they are greeted by Jay at the door.
