Thanks love! It is a hard one, I began learning it in the summer and it's finally performance ready.

Rollie, that's amazing! You are so brave to sing like that in front of all those people...I am in total awe . I don't have a working microphone at the moment (I'm not sure what happened to it, I think it just died) so I can't record anything new but here are some old song files if you want to listen: You were mine - Dixie ChicksBetter that we break - Maroon 5Think I need a bit of practice/serious training before I'm stage worthy ;D

I never heard you sing You Were Mine!
It's sounds so pretty! Jay, seriously you should consider becoming a singer.
I loved Better That We Break, and I like Maroon 5. I never heard that song before you sang it and I listened to it by Maroon 5 and to be honest I didn't really like their version as much as yours! ;D
I try to sing sometimes too, but I find it so hard. The hardest thing for me is to hit the high notes and hold a note!

Thanks, Rollie! And Illy - I love the Dixie Chicks, especially that song. And Maroon 5 are awesome. I feel very flattered that you consider my version on a par with them Singing is hard, at least it can be...but that's part of the fun because when you finally do hit that note and hold it you feel on top of the world (at least I do!). Keep practising, Illy. If you enjoy it nothing should stop you.

Thanks Jay! #hug# I will keep practicing and if I ever sing a song decently I'll post it. ;D Also, I find it extremely difficult to sing without music! My voice starts to falter and I'm kind of embarrassed about my singing so I sing too quietly. So it doesn't end up sounding very well haha. But I will practice until I finally get it right...or until I lose my voice!

Aghh I can't get Wonder and Jay's files to work. :/ I'm sure you both have lovely voices though... I'll keep trying, I really want to hear! In true Johnny-lovin' fashion, I sang "Green Finch and Linnet Bird" for my freshman concert at BGSU yesterday... here is a vid, if you'd like to see! www.youtube.com/watch?v=yv_R3Hszs8IOh my gosh, your vibrato is amazing... very very, impressive. You definitely need to play Johanna sometime in the future. A lot of these need to be redone (I'm my hardest critic). Most of these are character songs... and oddly most are from Les Miserables... enjoy: Castle on a Cloud (Les Miserables (the backing track is really loud, many apologies!) Blue Wind (Spring Awakening)A Little Fall of Rain (Les Miserables I found a backing track with a male vocal... A bit of a hot mess pitch-wise but still fun: Lonely Pew (Reefer Madness

Bohemian, you are really good! Your voice is so light and clear... I love it. And thank you, I would die to play Johanna, haha.
