No! Death to MORT!!! Strange thing to say, considering I'm his angel, but I feel very strongly on the matter. Besides, the coolness factor would really jump if I got to angel a dead Johnny. There just isn't a lot of them.

I just read the book, and personally I like it just as much as the movie if not more! Johnny did a great job potraying Mort and I appreciate that even more now that I've read the book!
The ending is sad yes *sniffs* and I too am glad that they changed it for the movie because I don't think I could have handled it lol lol

I have some questions about the book. What is Four Past Midnight? and Two Past Midnight? Isn't the book just called 'Secret Window, Secret Garden'?

I don't know what Two Past Midnight is, but Four Past Midnight is a a compilation album of four novellas by Stephen King. A novella is a story that's shorter than a novel but longer than a short story, and they can be difficult to publish as a stand alone, so they're often published in an anthology.
As for Secret Window, Secret Garden, that's the name of the novella that the movie Secret Window is based on. It's in the book, Four Past Midnight.
And this reply was ridiculously slow in coming.

Oh, I didn't know what a novella was actually so thanks for clearing that up. That's pretty cool, I'll have to look for that book. Don't worry about it.
