The story of a journey into the dreamtime of a confused young man who wants to rule the roost, but with whom ? Madness, mayhem and flying beyond your imagination. This movie has got the lot, and if you get a chance to see the extra bit that got the chop, its got even more.
Its weird, whacky and wonderful, absolutely my cup of tea. Had me rolling on the floor in laughter with the ridiculous things the characters get up to. Total brilliance. I love it.

Don't think I could have said it better myself... Well here's to our cup of tea *clinks mug with SS's* A young naive man is trying to find his place in the world... he thinks he has and all of a sudden his world is spun in the opposite direction when his brother pulls him out of his life in New York City and drags him down to the boonies of Arizona... there he meets and falls in love with an enchanting older woman... and quickly jumps into romantic envolvement... soon he realizes she isn't right for him and falls head over heels for her daughter..... In between all of this we are given glimpses of his dreams and what is truly on his mind.... Did I mention he listens to fish's dreams?..... The best film you'll ever see!

Ok, let me try: A young man content with listening to the dreams of fish finds himself pulled away from this blissful existance to join his family in Arizona. Once there he becomes involved in a romance with an older woman, Elaine, who lives somewhat uneasily with her step daughter, Grace. By sharing and living dreams Axel begins to realise who he really loves. This is a story about listening to your dreams, falling in love and talking to fish. ;D Hm...I think I could have done better than that....
