Having a Willy Wonka moment, are we? Sorry, that just reminded me of Benny and Joon ;D I have Wonka moments all the time Sometimes I just giggle for reasons known only to myself or find something mundane really amazing If I think of a specific example I shall have to post it

That is just exactly how Joon says it! Oh, and Willy Wonka moments have simply been ruling my life. Great song, Starshine! "Good mooorning starshiiiine, the earth saaays helloooooo!" Brilliant. I play almost every morning now. But the most common thing is his quote "Ew." Tends to come up a lot, that one.

I'm reciting a monologue for drama where I say at some point, "I've never actually heard of this play before as a matter of fact..." and I do that little withdrawal thing Willy does in the boat when Veruca says he's already talked about the chocolate waterfall. And then I giggle self consciously and say, "It doesn't matter." In fact, most of that performance is based off Willy's mannerisms. when I'm not being mysanthropic, at least.

It looks like I'm not alone on this. I do this "Ew" more than often. And my friends sometimes look at me, when I'm giggling (only for a reason I know), like "Ah, yeah. Everything will be fine, but please keep away frm me." That's exactly what is going on in their heads in those moments ;D There is also a pupil in my class, who goes on my nerves. When I don't like to talk to him, I "accuse" him of mumbling so I don't undersdtand it. But he really do mumble sometimes, andwhen I freak out (because you can't understand hal the things he says) I tell him he should STOP MUMBLING!!!There are few other things I do which are, at least a little bit Willy Wonka like *keeps singing* "Good morning starshiiiiiiiine, the earth says helloooooo..."

Today, my dad made the mistake of saying, "Imagine if you went outside and got attacked by a squirrel" which of course set off a complete reinactment of the nut room scene "I'm sorry, darling, Mr Wonka is being unreasonable."
