*nod* OUATIM is third of a trilogy.
The first film is El Mariachi, which is in spanish with subtitles, and is a very low-budget film. But the story is very good, and it's amazing how much RR did with that tiny budget.
The second film is Desperado, a big budget film that continues the legend of El Mariachi. It is not necessary to have seen the first one, but it does help a bit.
And last we have Once Upon a Time in Mexico, the third chapter of El's story. It takes place years after the second one. Because of flashback scenes, seeing the previous two are not necessary, but again, it does help.
All in all, you don't have to see them, but I highly recommend them! ;D

The cover says "for strong violence and language." That's what I would say anyway. A lot of bad language, in two languages, lol. And lots of blood. There you go.

Yes, quite a bit of the F-word and some nasty innuendo at times. And lots of blood. Good summary, CC!
