As those with Comcast Digital Cable may know, Chocolate has been playing on the romance channel and some HBOs almost every day for about a month or so. I got bored so, having no clue Johnny Depp or Carrie-Anne Moss were in it, I decided to start watching it.
My sister kept complaining and I didn't really like the beginning. "oh, chocolate is da bomb." "oh no it is-uhnt!" "shut yo face." "oh no you diiiidn't!" "KANGAROOOO!!!"
As you might have guessed, I turned it off right around here. And now it's not playing anymore. Neither is Desperado, which I missed almost every day too. But I really want to see Chocolate! If anyone tells me if/when it will be on and what channel, that'd be really great and I'd love you forever.

Yes, it's lovely.. as long as you have Dish. And renting is always a semi-inexpensive way to enjoy it. Just one taste is all it takes.

I know K-Mart has got Johnny Depp movies for like $6-7, so you might want to check that out too. A little more expensive than renting, but then it's yours forever.

Another great place to go if you miss stuff on TV is tv-now.com It's awesome. Just type Johnny's (or whoever else's) name you want on the main page and it'll show you everything they're on for a month. Luckily, with Chocolat my dad is one of those guys who only buys DVDs to show his friends what a big collection he has. So I just said "Oh, this would be a great one to add to your collection of *grumblehalfunopenedgrumble* DVDs." so he just bought it. lol That was quite lucky. If you haven't seen Chocolat, oh, I suggest you do, it's a great film. And Johnny...ohhhh man. I seriously teared up when Roux came on the screen, that's how much he got to me. Sigh...

edit: If it's called Minor Swing, then I've found it and oooh dude it's a good song. <3 Maybe next time Chocolat's on t.v. I'll watch more then 10 minutes. *snerk*

Yes, it is "Minor Swing." Mmm hmm, I <3 it too. There is another somg he played on in the movie, but it;s not on the soundtrack... and he might have played on "Caravan" as well, but I'm not sure about that one. *shrug* I <3 that song anyway though.

Yep, Johnny did help out on "Caravan". And I was so mad that the second song Roux plays in the film at the party wasn't on the soundtrack! Oh, well. "Minor Swing" and "Caravan" are awesome. "Minor Swing" also plays at the dinner scene in Arizona Dream, which I found to be quite cool.

Is "Minor Swing" the one he plays when they first get to the party or right before he dances with Vianne? ???Sorry, I don't own the soundtrack yet.

Yep, "Minor Swing" is the first song. "Caravan" is the song while he's dancing with Vianne, and then there's another song in the film that Johnny plays but it's not on the soundtrack.
