Please stop it with the "Roux" You are making my heart pound a lot faster than it should. He is so so so sexy. I think Roux is one of Johnny's hottest characters. He so gorgous. When I first watched Choclat I knew it was great because I wasn't just waiting for Johnny to show up the whole time. I was really into the movie. Although Johnny's involment does help. It's a wonderful fable about letting go of society's idea of "right" and "proper" and being able to chose your life and be free. The characters are so complex, flawed, and beautiful. I also loved the narration about the wind calling. It was very moving.

Oh dear I shall make myself unpopular on my first day...love Johnny so much but so dislike the Irish accent! Here it a lot in the UK so that may be why becasue I love US accents so guess it is something similar. Wouldn't mind smearing Johnny with some of that chocolat & then .......... sorry dirty minds run in the family must be hereditary!!!!!

*snarf* I guess it works both ways... I LOVED the Irish accent, and the accent he used for Fred (From Hell) and Jack(POTC)... and cannot wait to hear James (Neverland) and his Scottish accent! Hey, I would love to hear the way you and Rev talk!! And Lynx and SS, and everyone else from somewhere else! I try to do different accents myself. I got to be Widow Paroo in the Music Man in high school. And the reason that I wanted the part was so I could do the Irish accent. I even have to adopt an English accent when I read The Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter. I just can't help it! Erm... I'm just a little here, eh? Well, um, I did like Roux's accent then. Did you dislike it because it was not good? Or because you just hear it alot?

But I must say American accents i find so soft and friendly! So i too would love to hear all of you talk!

As to accents I think Johnny is quite gifted with them, I am not but I do know how I like to hear people talk & I find that the Irish accent usually seems to somehow grate with me & it may be because I hear it more often, although not that often. I do like a Welsh accent, do not like a scottish one (unless no doubt done by Johnny) & I like most US accents. Rev & I speak "received pronunciation" i. e what was called "Queen's English" as we have both been trained to speak without accents in school but this is now rare in the UK where regional accents are becoming more popular even on TV. Rev is a real hoot with accents & has a particular penchant for an Ozzy accent but at age 3 did a great mimic of an Indian accent speaking English & would have everyone in stitches (oops I mean laughter).
