Ok, after I watched this movie for the first time, I decided I was going to open a chocolatrie in the French countryside. Did the movie do this to anyone else. I mean I am serious too, i have been obsessed with making desserts and chocolate thingys since I saw it...I love it!

I didn't make nuffink when I was done watching "Chocolat", but when I watched it the second time around (about 10 minutes after I'd watched it the first time) I just had to go into my hutch and grab all the chocolate in sight...oh what a little piggy I am... . Well, anyways, I don't say chocolate any more, I say chocolat with a French accent, which drives everyone absolutly mad!

mmmmmmm.....Chocolate!!! I didn't want to open up a chocolate shop afterwards. I'm kinda a health nut and don't eat sweets too often so being around chocolate everyday just wouldn't be my thing. But I did want to move to a small town in France and stir things up a bit. Maybe with an Irish gypsy

Oh goodness, I can't wait! But the thing about watching Chocolat is....it makes you want chocolate...but you can never have the prefect chocolate that you are watching them devour....because let's face it...M&Ms and Snickers bars are just not the same as some french hot choolate with chili powder or some lavish chocolate seashells that melt in your mouth and fill you with warmth....oh gosh, i have to go find some chocolate!
*runs to cabinets*

I know...American chocolate is good too but sometimes there's just no substitution for European chocolate...I talk as though I have had it. (I haven't)
