I loved this movie.... It had a sad and happy ending! Johnny crying was sad.......I loved at the end when he was just holding her before she left him . I like that line .

Oh LM&M isn't this one of the greatest movies ever? I absolutely love it. And yes, that is a wonderful quote! I love that he's riding in the film... he does bounce in the saddle more than I prefer... but ...I've been riding all my life... Very sexy and appealing as Cesar. Ah.... I don't see how Suzie could leave.... but I'm sure after the war was over she'd go back to him... or he'd hunt her down

Well, the sad part is he would probably have been killed by the Nazies... Last year we learned loads about them and they killed Homosexuals, and gypies and other groups .... Another reason I like this movie is because it is about WW2... I think that war is quiet interesting....

Yes, they would have killed him more than likely... but he had to stay and fight for his honour. It is an extremely interesting point in history... but tragic! I hate in the film when you see them stepping on a human... that's awful.... and hurting the animals as they raid the gypsy slums.

I really liked this movie, mainly for what I thought was some rich characterizations. The movie wasn't really about a single person, or about an event, but about feelings and the complicated ways that people react to them and the consequences that those reactions cause....
Forgive me if I ramble, but I love that kind of stuff. It's like going up into a clock tower and seeing how all the gears connect to give life to the outward appearance.
This is probably the kind of movie I'll watch once a year or so just for what I find as incredible beauty of charcter and story-telling.

Slightly Actually, it's kind of weird, but I really didn't like this movie. I watched it a little while ago, and maybe I missed something, but I'm one of those people who gets really INTO movies, emotion-wise, and I just wasn't feeling it. I liked how Johnny portrayed Cesar but... I don't know. For whatever reason I wasn't feelin' it! Maybe I should give it another try, hmm?

I'll take your advice when I get back home... back to Blockbuster!! In all honesty, it could have been my sister's influence, because she was laughing hysterically at the whole movie.
