No problemo. I'm just glad I was lucky enough to see it myself. It really is hillarious. -Fiend

The thread's meant to be about Doctor Who. ;D You can talk about David all you like cause by golly he's the Doctor too. ;D Heck, you can talk about all the previous incarnations of the Doctor too if you like. I don't mind. The show won't come out for us on DVD--even the first season--until July. Sigh. I think I'm gonna move to England. -Fiend

You'd have to wait ages for House if you did that, Fiend ;D I was trying to get my dad to explain the concept of time lords to me last weekend...we didn't get very far, too confusing!

I wonder if there was a way to live both places at once. Heh I don't know much about the old show either to be honest. I have a friend who's entire family were big fans of the entire series so I had at least heard about it before this, but that's about it. I suppose it's just like any other sci-fi show with it's own weirdness and mythology, although seeing as this one has been running for so very long it accumulated a deal more of that mythology than most other shows of its kind. My suggestion is just to watch the new show and go with it. -Fiend

Lucky! It's usually up on the Internet by 23:00 Eastern Standard Time for me. But that's ok. Seeing as I'm lucky enough to get it at all, I can be patient. Really! -Fiend

Things I've learned from this week's episode of Dr Who: Chips, schools, Headmasters, lunch ladies and super computers are evil, super smart kids are only smart because of said evil chips, old boyfriends are actually tin robot dogs in disguise and old and new companions should never ever meet if certain Doctors want to keep their masculinity. -Fiend

Have any of you seen the new eps 'The Girl in the Fireplace' or 'The Rise of the Cybermen?' wow, the girl really really freaked me out. Those clock men looked a bit like V from V for Vendetta, was I the only one who thought that? Oh and 'Cybermen' was cool too. Rose was a dog. Poor Rose. And wow, go Rickey. Boo for to be continued's though. -Fiend

I didn't really like "The Girl in the fireplace" episode, i found the clockwork men really scary I prefered "The Cyber men" one. It was on last night... i'm dying to see part 2!

Me too. To be continued eps are never fun! Well they are...but they're frustrating as all get out as well. I was just amused that you had both Barty Crouch's from Harry Potter in one episode; Sr. and Jr. But anyway, that's just me. -Fiend
