I went to watch OUATIM with my friend, the first time it came out. At that scene I was going "Aww, poor Sands, his eyes were perdy," while my friend was screaming, literally screaming "OMFG NOOOO NOOOOO YOU CAN'T DO THAT YOU EVIL EVIL "PREGNANT DOG"!!" She almsot got kicked out Anywho, she's not even a BIG BIG BIG Johnny fan, shes a BIG BIG BIG Orlando fan. I guess she got attached to Sands a bit there Or was I just being a bad Johnny fan?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
I was so upset when that happened I was screaming, and I mean Screaming, at the TV. In fact, my sister came running into the livingroom because she thought I got hurt or something.
I hate that evil eye-taker-outer meany. How dare they hurt Sands, don't they know who he is?

Everytime I sit through the entire movie, I'll just wince and think, 'Man, that has to hurt...' but catching it unawares is terrible. I'll pop the movie in, do something on the computer, and periodically look up to check the progress. For some strange reason, I always, ALWAYS look up right when the sunglasses come off and he's got no eyes... it's so not cool.

I didn't watch it the first two times and the third was through my fingers, I still have problems watching it even now.

So, what was the initial reactionyou had when Eva decided his eyes were too sexy and se had to "restorethe balance" so to speak? Hahahaaa! Yep, that's a hard scene to take, although I did always watch it all the way through and was relieve when they didn't actually show anything. I'm surprised he survives it...I mean, they don't just take his eyes out, they tear off his eyelids and everything!!! BTW, I had to pick the third choice just to keep the balance. Although I do like all those blood-dripping shots...don't know why...I think it's the pathos of the whole thing.

I am pretty much a lot like you guys I really felt so bad for poor sands. and while i did watch it I flich every time I see the movie. I am very tolerable of gore but the one thing I alway could not stand is anything to do with the eyes. Oh like for example in Demliction Man with wesley snipes in the begining where he stabs the doctor guy and then takes out a really sharp pin and stabs out one of his eyes so that he can get out of the prision un-deicted (cuz the security is based off eye recgintion. you don't really see it happen but you do see the eye on the end of the pen and the guy crawling on the floor when the ploicey people check on the buliding stuff like that just gives me the creeps always has and will. Besides Johnny best feture is his eyes

I'm one of those morbid few who choose the option "I love all the blood on his face". He looked amazing before (when doesn't he?) but something about the blood running down his face with the glasses...I like it. Proved for an awesome story plot from then one (shooting blind, hilarious qoutes, etc...good stuff) I did feel bad for him when it happened, but then again I watched the movie monthes and monthes after it came out so I was totally prepared for it.

Me? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I'd seen pics before the movie came out, so I had a pretty good inkling what was going to happen... but I just didn't want it to be true, you know? I went with a friend, and she had to smacke me to stop me from wriggling and squirming in my seat. Lots of "Eeeeee... nooooo!" too. Hiding my eyes, and grabbing the armrest too! No wonder she smacked me. What kind of a b**** is Ajedrez for doing that to him?? C'mon, she had to know how those eyes are... what was she thinking??
