Wow HF, for someone who's not a poet you sure could have fooled me ;D 'A Garbage Can Romance' made me laugh but it probably shouldn't have. I loved 'December', made me feel all cold ;D You should write poetry more often, you're good at it.

I wrote two new ones this week...
12/06/04
The person I shared my first kiss with, the only person I want to kiss. The person I shared my first true love with, the only person I want to love. The person I trust my life with, the only person I want to trust. The only person for me, The only one I want.
12/07/04
"Why do I love you?" This you ask me. "Many reasons" I tell you, "You're smart, you're pretty, "you're cute, and fun, "you are perfect and awesome "You're amazing, you're mine"

This is all coming out of my mind right now so sorry if it isnt that great.
Loving Johnny
Loving Johnny is simple to do just pop in one of his movies or two snuggle up on the couch with your popcorn and remotes fast foward through the previews since most of them are gross (I dunno) then once the movie has begun admire the beauty of one of God's many sons this one is gorgous both inside and out read all about him and you'd figure that out Now I must say that you cant really love him until the day that you can say that you've met him Im still waiting for that day but even then his love for you wont be easy to win he is in love with a beautiful woman they share their lives with eachother with two very beautiful children A son and a daughter both made out of love brought into the world from the heavens above If you really love Johnny you will not shun him for having a family with out you in it you will be happy for him you see because before he met his love he was living in deep misery now he has changed and has come to believe that the greatest thing for him to do is be with his family the whole way through the final part of loving Johnny Love your family just like he figured out how he should be.
wow..didnt know it would be that long..

Everyones poems sounds really good, you guys are great poets!! Here are a few of my new ones for our poerty unit:
As Easy As Believing
Isn’t believing in something enough to make it true? I suppose you could say it isn’t But deep down in your heart You know, if you just believed harder It would come true the moment you say those wonderous words I believe _________________________________________
This is Me
I am Love, Friendship, Breath My family and God are always there for me Open-mind, Humor, Good Will are important to me Staying optimistic is always a good choice Not listening to what others say is a bad thing But if it includes pressure to do something you don’t want to, it’s ok People have become ignorant The world is deteriorating People must stand up for themselves This is me _________________________________________
And my longest one:
A MISUNDERSTOOD MAN
He grew up in a broken home With no one there to help him through He chose the wrong choices And hung out with the wrong crowd But in the end he cleaned up And become a better man
He knew he could, he did, he can He’s no longer alone and unknown Once a sad and lonely pup Now you can see he is vivid and true Not sad and silent, but not hyped and loud Hearing in his head all those different voices
And now the world, filled with his fans rejoices From movies like Ed Wood to Cannes Man He can look up at the sky, and at all the clouds And say I have broken the spell and am free to roam Always ready for the director’s cue But not too fond of his close ups
Passing the time while out with the family to tan Answering interviewers in a passive voice How much he’s grown from his movie debut Wants to grow old with a pot belly and a beer can After his day’s work, just wants to go home Looks at his kids pictures and feels awfully proud
Thinks not only in his head, but out aloud Wears 10 year old boots that are all scratched up Billboards and statues of him in chrome Thinks at night about his choices Let them be or vandalize their van Paparazzi makes him so crazy, they shred you up and chew
Thus, he must regain himself and keep his hue But if they took a picture of his children, he vowed To hunt them down and hit them with a pan Calm and cool with his coffee in a cup He plays the guitar with his lovely singing voice Such a dedicated man, from one place to France, 10 hours of flying, just to get to his family and home.

Wow HF that is amazing! You all blow me away... I can't rhyme very well... for I can't speak very well... lol. So that's a bit of a drawback... but I love reading your poems! I have no talent in this department.... But I got a Christmas card... from a dear friend of mine... I won't name names... (Until I'm told I can... *cough cough*) But EEEE!! I love it!!!

I know, HF certainly has a gift in the poetry department Could you be talking about a certain Christmas card with a certain poem inside it? Names are allowed sweetie, and you can do whatever you like with the poem, for it is now yours
