I have so many favourites from it! Hmm ... I laughed a lot with the revolving bar and Gonzo trying to get off it, basically because Duke was so angry at him but kept calm and the whole seriousness of it while being utterly stupid. Also the way they got in to see Debbie Reynolds and got kicked out giggling 3 seconds later. I liked the whole scene with White Rabbit with Gonzo in the bath, for some perverted reason. Oh and the scene where the highway police stops Duke, I just couldn't stop laughing at that one.

Good choices! ;D I love this movie. Haven't seen it in way too long. Nothing beats that first time feeling though, so glad you enjoyed it, Clion! I think it's a love/hate kind of film...as much as I love it, I know a lot of people who just don't get it at all

Good choices indeed, clion! I love all those scenes too! (well to be fair I also love the rest of the movie as well but then again, I'm biased like that ) Another thing I really love is the awesomely random guest-stars everywhere you look! Gary Busey, Craig Bierko, Tobey Maguire, Mark Harmon, Christopher Meloni!! (I love Sven. He's the bestest ;D ) ...just to name a few! -Fiend

You would love Sven! I like Gary Busey and his teeth of death. Oh! And Penn Gillette for the five seconds he was on. And Hunter himself, of course. My favouritest part ever is the delivery of the "High Water Mark" soliloquy. Gets me every time with the dark lighting and the protest footage. Melt worthy. But my favouritest cracked scene is the mad dash to the airport to get Gonzo on his plane.

Of course I do! Sven is made of awesome. Gary Busey is always great. What a crazy, crazy, guy. Hunter was, I agree, quite an unexpected pleasure. I'm pretty sure I yelled something like "Heyyyy!!! Awesome!!!" my first time round. I love the "get me to the plane on time" scene. Madcap fun. ;D -Fiend

Well, I think I like Lacerda a little bit more. Just out of spite. I always figured that if I had to destroy a car, that'd be how I wanted to do it: off-roading way too fast just so I could get someone on a plane. Can't do that these days though.

You can like Lacerda if you want. I like him too. I did mention him in the list, you'll notice. I like Craig Bierko in other things as well. If I had a car I could wreck in good conscience I'd sooo Duke it the Duke-way. Alas. -Fiend

On my first viewing.. i fell asleep #blush#
But..... i've seen it a million times since, and haven't fallen asleep! My fav part is when they see Lucy and have to turn around in the car #rotfl# and when Duke's completely out of it (i don't think he's sober in this film!).. he sees Gonzo/Saten with 6 breasts... insane!

I love the Lucy freak out. That's so awesome. They're like WTSmeep??! RUNNNN!!! The devil!Gonzo part was crazy. ;D "You took too much man, too much, too much." I was inspired by our chat of random F&L guesstars that I made a sig. Lacerda wouldn't fit. -Fiend

I loved the cameos! I liked Cameron Diaz acting all cool and girlie and her face when Gonzo goes all weird on her.
The Lucy scene was very funny, the panic in their eyes!
You know, I loved the scene where Raoul takes too much of that stuff and then he's walking on the bed cackling! An early Jack in the locker! Too funny!

Most definitely undertones of Duke in Jack. Hunter was practically a rock star himself.

I love this movie haha! It was so gosh darn hilarious #rotfl#
I love the part when Gonzo's freaking out in the bathtub and then Duke threw a grapefruit at his head and it just exploded!
I loved the Sven part too, and when he was talking to that lady when he was at that hotel and she turned into a lizard lol! #rotfl# #rotfl# #rotfl#
