I'm pretty sure thats the same P from the first, just in the first, Norrington had to lift Jack's shirt to uncover it and since it's been uncovered, it's more out and about in the second and third. Hmm.. maybe but it just seems SOO different from the first to second/third films.

I loved this film too, but the critics in my newspaper say that you have to "keep a scorecard to keep track of the characters". ... Wha? I don't know about you but I had no trouble whatsoever keeping track of the characters.
Did you?

We do have an advantage in that we've memorized every character interaction from the first two films ;D. I imagine if you've only seen each film once it would be very confusing! I was definitely struggling to keep up with who had double crossed who the first time I saw it but I was never confused to the point of being annoyed that I couldn't keep up. I liked the fact things kept changing ;D I've had to explain the intricacies of the plot to quite a few people

There's a girl in my first period class that I don't really like... And I was reading my book and I suddenly hear the mention of Pirates. And I start listening... She was talking about how she went to see it over the weekend and how it wasn't worth it and about how much she didn't like it... She said she fell asleep... I was thinking in my head.. well I guess it must take a smart person to like it because you have to understand it first. I really don't like her. I mean if you fall asleep you can't really say that a movie was bad... Cause you didn't see it all.

I know! I wouldn't say "I hate Star Wars... But I've never seen it." I would just say "I've never seen Star Wars, but it doesn't look like something I would like" Sometimes people are ignorant.

Exactly.
Did you ever say anything to her? I would have punched her. Right in the nose. Well maybe not but I would have at least told her to at least give it a try. Watch the full movie.
Most of the people at my school who saw it[like over half!! About 700!] Liked it but the people who didn't at least had logical reasons.
Ok. enough of the off topic-ness #rotfl#
I'm going again on Friday or Saturday.. my third time!

Alot of kids at my school went and said they didn't like it because they didn't see the first two. I still would've liked it even if I hadn't seen the first two. Confusing >.>
Hey Dream, would you like to go see it this weekend with me? Third time, aye.
Considering I can find the money. #twitch#
Oh, and I DID hear noises when it went all white but I couldn't really make it out.

Still sadly my favorite part of the entire movie hands down. Saw it again with my little sister, who had gone to the bathroom during it the first time and she freaked right out and started quoting. I laughed at her. But it was rather brilliant.

If people tell you they didn't get it, tell them to see it again. It's really loads better the second time. The first time is pretty shocking. And they NEED to see 1 and 2 before-hand. Very important, that. Hehe. I'm the question asking queen! #rotfl# 1. Did we ever find what mark Jack left on Beckett? Beckett branded the 'P' on Jack's arm but what about Beckett? 2. And I never actualy asked this yet but I've been wondering about it since the second movie. When you see the brand on Jack's arm of the letter P in DMC it's on the side of hs arm but I noticed that the 'P' brand/tattoo from the first film had dissappeared from his arm. What's that about? 1. I know! We never got their history! Grr. 2. The P brand is more towards the outside of his arm and the tattoo is higher up on the arm and on the inside so it's usually covered up. Norrington turned Jack's arm and pulled his shirt sleeve up more to see the sparrow tattoo.

So hey, did anyone but me think that the little kid singing at the beginning looks just like Will & Elizabeth's kid? @_@.
Are they supposed to be the same person..and the beginning is in the future?
No ignore that (what a dumb idea, rofl), I go with my first statement.

They do look alike, but on www.imdb.com they're listed as two seperate boys. (Boys who apparently need a haircut, because I'm sure that's all I really notice about them. )
